Because each project requires customized work, time investment, and digital asset development, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness with transparency.

For that reason, all payments are considered final once project work has commenced, except in limited circumstances described below.

We encourage clients to review all details, deliverables, and timelines before purchasing or approving a plan.


2️⃣ Refund Eligibility Overview

Refunds may be considered only under the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    If you accidentally made two identical payments for the same service, we will promptly issue a full refund of the duplicate amount.

  2. Service Not Delivered:
    If no work has begun on your campaign and you cancel within 48 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 5 % processing fee.

  3. Partial Completion:
    If only preliminary research or mock-ups have been completed, we may provide a partial refund reflecting work completed up to that point (typically 25 % – 50 % of the total).

  4. Technical Errors in Transaction:
    If a payment fails or is incorrectly processed due to gateway malfunction, the payment gateway’s reversal process will apply.

  5. Breach of Agreement by USA Business Marketing:
    If we are unable to fulfill agreed deliverables for reasons fully within our control, we will issue an equitable refund or project credit.


3️⃣ Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Once design, campaign setup, or consultation hours have begun.

  • If delay or poor performance results from incomplete or inaccurate client information.

  • After ad accounts have been activated on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

  • When third-party advertising costs (ad spend) have already been processed.

  • For dissatisfaction caused by subjective preferences once deliverables meet agreed specifications.

  • For “change of mind” after work initiation.

  • For subscription renewals that were not canceled before the next billing cycle.

All ad-spend payments made directly to advertising platforms are non-refundable, as they are governed by each platform’s billing policy.


4️⃣ Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Send an Email: Email refund@usabusinessmarketing.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.

  2. Provide Details: Include your full name, company name, invoice number, date of payment, reason for request, and any supporting documents.

  3. Verification: Our finance team will verify the payment and evaluate eligibility within 7 business days.

  4. Resolution: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days to the original payment method.

You’ll receive written confirmation of approval or denial, including any partial credit offered.

🔹 Starter Plan – $250

Covers basic marketing consultation and landing-page review.

  • Eligible for full refund only if canceled within 24 hours before any consultation call.

  • Non-refundable once strategy documents or design drafts have been delivered.

🔹 Growth Plan – $599

Includes campaign setup and strategy delivery.

  • Up to 50 % refund if canceled within the first 3 business days and no ads have launched.

  • Non-refundable after campaign activation or creative delivery.

🔹 Professional Plan – $999

Covers comprehensive campaign setup and landing-page development.

  • Partial refund (up to 40 %) only if canceled before first milestone completion.

  • Non-refundable once ad accounts or website go live.

🔹 Premium Plan – $1,599

Full-service marketing management with custom design, copywriting, and reporting.

  • Due to resource allocation, only 25 % refund is possible if canceled within 5 business days and work has not begun.

  • No refunds after kickoff meeting or any deliverable submission.


6️⃣ Processing and Timelines

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or processor, funds may take up to 10 – 15 business days to appear.

Refunds are processed in USD only. Foreign currency conversions or transfer fees are borne by the client.


7️⃣ Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel ongoing work, notify us in writing at least 3 business days in advance.
All time and materials up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and deducted before issuing any partial refund.

USA Business Marketing reserves the right to cancel any project at any time with written notice and issue a pro-rated refund if necessary.


8️⃣ Refunds for Third-Party Expenses

Some services involve external fees (domain purchase, hosting, software subscriptions, paid ads, content tools).
Because these are non-recoverable, we cannot refund third-party costs once incurred.

Clients remain responsible for these amounts even if the overall project is canceled.


9️⃣ Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage open communication before filing a chargeback.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us, the account may be suspended, and any ongoing work halted.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the payment processor and relevant authorities.


🔟 Refund for Promotional or Discounted Plans

Services purchased under promotional pricing, bundle offers, or limited-time discounts are non-refundable.
However, you may request a service credit equal to unused value for future campaigns within 6 months.


11️⃣ Subscription Services and Renewals

For recurring retainers or monthly marketing management:

  • You may cancel renewal anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests after renewal date apply to the next cycle only.

  • No refunds are issued for partial-month usage.

If a client cancels mid-month, the service remains active until the end of that paid period.


12️⃣ Refund for Custom Development Projects

For landing-page design or website development, we operate on a milestone-based refund structure:

  • 20 % refund if canceled before design mock-up approval;

  • 10 % refund if canceled before development hand-off;

  • No refund once the site is live or code has been delivered.


13️⃣ Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside these rules may be granted at our sole discretion when:

  • A documented technical failure prevented project delivery;

  • A verified double charge occurred;

  • A mutual written agreement specifies alternate terms.

In all cases, USA Business Marketing retains discretion to decide final outcomes.


14️⃣ Service Credits

Instead of cash refunds, clients may choose to receive service credits equal to unused value.
Credits remain valid for six months and can be applied to future campaigns, consultations, or upgrades.


15️⃣ Refunds to Third Parties

For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payer and account used.
We do not transfer refunds to alternate bank accounts or third-party entities.


16️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund within 15 days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit-card provider;

  2. Contact your payment gateway;

  3. Then email us at refund@usbtravel.com.com with proof of delay.

We’ll assist in tracking the transaction.


17️⃣ Policy for Whop or Online Store Payments

When payments are made through Whop or any digital marketplace integration:

  • Refunds follow both our internal policy and Whop’s terms of service.

  • Approved refunds are initiated within our dashboard, subject to platform processing times.

If project interruption arises from events beyond our control (natural disasters, system outages, wars, strikes, or governmental restrictions), no refunds shall be due.
Work will resume or be rescheduled once conditions permit.

If a refund is approved and services terminated, all client data, campaign assets, and access credentials will be returned or deleted upon request, subject to our Data Retention Policy.
Any intellectual property created before termination remains property of USA Business Marketing until full payment is received.
